Your rights

How results are ranked

What you can buy comes first. Then, five criteria: seller reliability (35%), reviewed piece (20%), complete listing (20%), freshness (15%), realistic price (10%). A seller can pay to boost a listing: it then carries the label “Sponsored” and takes only one place in 4, without affecting the criteria. You can also sort: plus récents, prix croissant, prix décroissant.

Private or professional seller

Each listing shows the status the seller declares. The sale is concluded between you and the seller; VeriFlip is not a party to it.

Private seller: consumer law does not apply (no right of withdrawal). See more
  • This seller declares themselves a private individual: the rights consumer law gives you when buying from a professional do not apply to this purchase.
  • No right of withdrawal.
  • No legal guarantee of conformity.
  • The warranty against hidden defects applies (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

  • The seller is responsible for the item, its description and its shipping on time.
  • VeriFlip is not a party to the sale: it puts buyer and seller in touch, collects your payment and holds it until delivery, provides the shipping label and tracking, and reviews problems reported from My orders.

Withdrawal

From a professional seller: 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason. How to proceed and the form. Between private individuals, no withdrawal: report a problem within 48 h of delivery. A paid VeriFlip service (certificate, pre-purchase check): 14 days, as long as the result hasn’t been delivered — terms of sale, article S5.

Reviews

Reviews can only be left after an order delivered through VeriFlip, by the buyer or the seller of that order, within 60 days. Report an abusive review from the profile where it appears.
