Payment held until you receive the item

You pay on VeriFlip. The seller is only paid after you receive the item: when you confirm receipt, or 48 h after delivery if you report nothing. Payments and refunds

Delivery

To a pick-up point or to your home: the checkout screen shows which before you pay. The seller has 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays) after payment to drop off the parcel. Without drop-off within that time, the order is cancelled and you are refunded in full, without you having to do anything. Tracking is in My orders. Delivery and problems

A problem on receipt

Report it within 48 h of delivery, with photos: the payment stays blocked, and a person compares the item with the listing, then decides in writing. What to do if there’s a problem
