Boosting, inviting a seller

Your listing goes to the top of the results for 3 days, labelled “Boosted”. It takes only one place in four: the others follow the ranking. Under each live listing, in My listings, the “Boost” button uses a boost from your account. The listing then carries the label “Sponsored” and takes up at most one slot in every 4 slots in results sorted by relevance; a sort chosen by the buyer is applied as is.

No. It puts the listing at the top while it runs, nothing more: the price, photos and description are still what decides the buyer. A boost does not change the ranking criteria, and VeriFlip can stop it on a listing that breaks its rules.

The welcome pack is offered to the first 100 accounts that activate it: 3 three-day boosts, to be used within the following 60 days. It is free, personal, has no monetary value, and is non-transferable and non-refundable. A boost gives a live listing more visibility: it does not guarantee a sale and does not change the ranking criteria. VeriFlip can stop it on a listing that breaks its rules. 96 packs left: they are credited when you open My listings.

Under the listing, “Boost” offers 3 days (€1.49) or 7 days (€2.99), all taxes included. The boost starts as soon as you pay, at your express request. Until it has run its course, you can withdraw from My listings: the part already provided is due, and the rest is refunded. If the boost cannot start, it is kept on your account for 60 days.

In My account, the “Invite a seller” box gives you a link to send yourself, however you like: we never write to anyone on your behalf. The person who opens an account through this link sees your username under “Invited by”, and can delete it. When someone creates an account through your invitation link and has confirmed their account (email address confirmed, or sign-in with Google or Apple), 10 three-day boosts are credited to your account, to be used within 60 days. Only once per invited email address; at most 5 invitations rewarded per 24 hours (the rest are credited the next day, when you open your account) and 30 in total; nothing is credited if the two accounts share a device, if either of them is a sample account, or for an invited account created before 10 October 2026. Like the welcome pack, these boosts are free, personal, have no monetary value, are non-transferable and non-refundable, and do not guarantee any sale. VeriFlip may withdraw them in the event of abuse, and may end this offer for the future by publishing a new version of the terms: boosts already credited remain yours until their expiry date.

The reward comes when the invited person has confirmed their account, not when they sign up: an account created without a confirmed address does not count. At most 5 invitations are rewarded per 24 hours, the rest the next day when you open your account. Two accounts sharing a device, or an address that has already earned a reward, do not count either. The box in My account shows the number of rewarded invitations.
