Getting paid
How much does a sale cost?
A commission, taken only when you sell, card fees included. Listing is free. Sold for €100, you receive €96; €300 → €289; €820 → €799.12. Fees
When do I get paid?
As soon as the buyer confirms receipt, or 48 h after delivery if they haven’t reported anything. The transfer goes to your bank account, and a “Paid” email confirms it.
What do I need to get paid?
Your listing is live as soon as you publish it, and it can be bought straight away. To receive the money from your sales, our payment provider must verify your identity and register the bank account you will be paid into: this is done once, from “My account”. Until it is done, the amount of each sale waits for you with us, and nothing is charged to you. On Getting paid: name, date of birth, address, identity document and IBAN. If your account’s country is not accepted, the screen tells you straight away.

The buyer opens a dispute
The payout is suspended. Submit your evidence from the order — packing video, proof of drop-off: a person decides, in writing. For an item that is not as described, they may ask for it to be returned: the item comes back to you, and the return postage is deducted from your next payout. Between private individuals, check the item as soon as you receive it, serial number included: confirm receipt, or report a problem within two working days, with photos. Without a report within that time, the buyer is refunded.
The buyer is refunded
No commission is taken. If the sale falls through because of the item, or a parcel that was never dropped off, the label and payment fees are deducted from your next payout. A parcel lost by the carrier after drop-off is not your fault: no costs are charged to you.
