In My listings: to finish, live, hidden while being reviewed, archived.

“Edit listing”: price, title, description, condition, size. “Edit photos”: photos and video. The brand and the category cannot change. A listing that is sold or being bought cannot be edited.

“Reserve”: the listing stays visible, marked “Reserved”, and nobody can buy it. “Put back on sale” releases it.

“Remove” takes it out of the catalogue and moves it to Archived. “Put back on sale” lists it again.

Nothing to do: as soon as the payment is confirmed, the listing switches to “Sold” on its own and nobody else can buy it. It stays visible for 7 days, then moves to Archived. If the payment fails, the item was never sold: it goes back on sale.

Whether the cancellation came from you, a missed shipping deadline or a refund, the item doesn't go back on sale by itself: it moves to “To relist”, at the top of your listings. One click on “Put back on sale” relists it, whenever you like. It is never deleted.

“Mark as sold”: the listing moves to Archived, marked “Sold”.

Manage my account › Holiday mode. Holiday mode hides your listings for sale — from categories, search and your profile — and brings them back automatically on the return date you set, or when you turn it off, after 90 days at most. Nothing is cancelled: a paid order still has to be shipped, and an offer you accepted stays valid until it expires. Shop stays open: your listings remain for sale during a short absence, 14 days at most, with a return date. Before paying, every buyer reads that you will ship once you are back, and their order's shipping deadline starts from that date.

Free review from €500. In My listings, tick what you have photographed and send. The listing stays on sale during the review; you are told the result.

Statistics: vues, favourites, offers and messages, day by day. Totals per day, never a person: not who looked at an item page, nor who saved it to favourites, nor who made an offer or wrote. The trend covers the last 30 days. The same person coming back, or reloading the page, counts each time: with no cookie or identifier, nobody is recognised from one visit to the next.

Table view: all your listings on one page. Change a row’s price or condition and save it; the rules are those of the listing editor (no invented crossed-out price, no change during a purchase in progress). You can also give each item your own reference, which nobody else sees.

On a ready draft, “Schedule opening”: choose the day and time (at least one hour ahead, at most thirty days). At the set time, the listing goes through the same checks as a manual publication; if one fails, it stays a draft and you receive the reason by email. Your shop shows the countdown, and followers who chose to be notified on their device are alerted at opening.
