Tax (DAC7)
Do I have to declare my sales?
European law (DAC7) requires us to send the tax authorities a summary of sellers who exceed a threshold. We do this. Being reported does not mean being taxed: your country’s rules decide that, and reselling personal belongings is usually not taxable.
What are the thresholds?
From 30 sales in the year, or more than €2,000 in sales. Either one is enough. Nothing is blocked beyond that: you can sell as much as you like.
What do you ask of me?
Your tax identification number, once a threshold is crossed, never before. It is used only for this report. Your listings and payouts carry on. Privacy
Where do I stand?
My account shows your sales for the year and their amount. The annual summary is ready in January.
