Message a seller
Am I notified when someone writes to me?
Can I block a member?
Can I send a photo in the conversation?
Yes, with the “Photo” button under the text field. A photo of up to 12 MB, resized before sending like listing photos. Up to 20 photos per person per conversation; beyond that, add them to the listing.
Hidden data in the image — GPS location, device, date taken — is removed by our servers before the photo is stored, even if your browser left it in. Only the two people in the conversation can see the photo, plus moderation if there is a report or a dispute: it has no public address, and every view goes through a link valid for 2 minutes.
How do I report a message I received?
Under each text or photo you received, “Report”. Choose a reason — abusive language or harassment, payment requested outside the platform, attempted scam, infringement of an intellectual property right, other reason —, explain the problem in at least 30 characters, and declare that you are reporting in good faith. A person reviews the message.
The action taken is shown next to the message. If it is removed, its author sees the reasons and their options for appeal in its place; a removed photo is deleted. Anyone can challenge the decision by writing to contact@veriflip.app.
