I have doubts after receiving it
My orders › “Report a problem” › “I doubt its authenticity”, within 48 h of delivery. The payout to the seller is blocked; a person reviews and decides in writing.

What does a review report contain?
Each point checked (the whole item, the serial number, the metal parts, the stitching…) with what it shows: it matches, it doesn’t match, it can’t be judged from these photographs, or it doesn’t apply to this item. Then the conclusion, which follows from those points, and the name and field of the person who carried out the review. You receive it by email and can find it in My services.
