Competition: €100 to spend on VeriFlip
A €100 VeriFlip voucher at every milestone of 100 new followers on our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube accounts. Free, no purchase needed. 18 and over, living in France, Luxembourg or Belgium. Until 31/12/2026, up to 10 vouchers.
- Follow VeriFlip on one of our accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube).
- Answer the current question: the answer is on the website.
- 100 new followers = one round closed = one winner. Then a new round opens.
Beware of fake messages: VeriFlip will never ask you to pay, or for your bank details or a password, to receive a voucher. This competition is not organised, sponsored or run by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube. You don’t need a VeriFlip account to enter; to receive the voucher, the winner creates a free account: create my account.
Rules of the “€100 welcome” competition
Version 1, in force from 1 November 2026.
1. Who is organising?
The competition is organised by E-Com Digitalbiz SRL (private limited company), a company governed by Belgian law, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0772.519.183, with its registered office at Rempart du Vieux Cimetière 11, 7060 Soignies (Belgium), which operates the second-hand platform VeriFlip (veriflip.be). It is referred to below as “the Organiser”.
Contact for any question about the competition: contact@veriflip.app (subject: “Competition €100”).
2. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube are not organisers
This competition is not organised, sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook (Meta Platforms), TikTok or YouTube (Google), and is not associated with any of these platforms. The information you provide to enter is sent to the Organiser, not to these platforms.
By entering, you release Meta Platforms (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok and Google (YouTube) from any liability related to the competition. Any questions or complaints should be addressed only to the Organiser.
3. How it works
To launch VeriFlip, the Organiser puts up a €100 VeriFlip voucher every time the VeriFlip accounts gain 100 new followers in total.
The competition runs in rounds. Each round corresponds to a milestone of 100 new followers and has a single winner.
Entry is completely free with no purchase necessary. No stake, no payment and no purchase on VeriFlip is required, either to enter or to win.
4. Duration and cap
- Start: 1 November 2026 at 00:00 (Belgian time).
- End: 31 December 2026 at 23:59 (Belgian time), or as soon as the 10th voucher has been awarded, whichever comes first.
- A maximum of 10 vouchers of €100 are awarded over the whole competition, a maximum total value of €1,000.
The Organiser may extend the competition with a new version of these rules, published at the same address and announced on its accounts. A round that is already open is never shortened or changed to your disadvantage.
5. How followers are counted (the milestones)
The accounts counted are VeriFlip’s four official accounts:
- Instagram: @veriflip
- TikTok: @veriflip
- Facebook: the VeriFlip page
- YouTube: @veriflip
The counter is cumulative: the followers of the four accounts are added together.
The starting point is the total number of followers of the four accounts recorded on the day the competition starts, at 00:00. This record is kept as dated screenshots and published on the competition page.
A milestone is reached when the cumulative total exceeds the starting point by 100, 200, 300… followers for the first time (and so on, up to 1,000 at most). The number used is the one shown by each platform’s analytics tools (for YouTube: YouTube Studio). Each milestone reached is recorded with dated screenshots, kept by the Organiser and published on the competition page.
Unfollows lower the cumulative total; a milestone is only reached when the actual total exceeds it. The Organiser does not buy followers or use any trick to inflate the figures artificially.
6. Who can enter?
You can enter if you meet all of the following conditions:
- you are an individual aged at least 18 when you enter;
- you live in France, Luxembourg or Belgium;
- you follow at least one of the four VeriFlip accounts listed in article 5 when the round you enter closes (following is free);
- you are not an employee or director of the Organiser, nor a provider involved in organising the competition, nor a family member living under the same roof as one of these people.
One entry per person per round. The same person can only win once during the whole competition: if they come first in a later round, the voucher goes to the person ranked just after them.
The Organiser may ask the winner for proof of age and residence (for example a document showing only the name, date of birth and address; other details may be hidden).
7. How to enter
- Go to https://veriflip.be/concours while a round is open.
- Fill in the entry form: your first name and surname; your email address; your country of residence; confirmation that you are at least 18; your account name (username) on one of the networks where you follow VeriFlip; your answer to the competition question; your answer to the tie-breaker question.
- Tick the box “I have read and accept the competition rules” and send the form.
The competition question is published on the competition page when each round opens. Its answer is on the veriflip.be website: it asks you to look for the information, not to guess.
The tie-breaker question is the same for every round: “How many valid entries will this round have received when it closes?” It is used to separate those who gave the correct answer.
No entry is accepted by private message, comment, post or any means other than the form. Commenting, sharing or tagging friends is never asked for and gives no extra chance.
You don’t need to create a VeriFlip account to enter.
8. Opening and closing of rounds
- Round 1 opens when the competition starts.
- A round closes as soon as the corresponding milestone is reached (article 5). The closing is announced on the competition page with the time used; entries received after that time count for the next round.
- The next round opens immediately after the previous one closes, with a new question.
- At the end of the competition (31 December 2026 at 23:59), the round then under way is closed even if its milestone has not been reached, and a voucher is awarded for it, provided it has received at least one valid entry and the cap of 10 vouchers has not already been reached.
9. How the winner is chosen
For each round:
- Only valid entries are kept (conditions of article 6 met, form complete, received during the round).
- Of these, only those giving the correct answer to the competition question are kept.
- The winner is the person whose answer to the tie-breaker question is closest to the actual number of valid entries in the round.
- In the event of a tie, the entry sent first (according to the time recorded by the server) wins.
If nobody gave the correct answer, the winner is chosen in the same way from all valid entries, using the tie-breaker question alone.
The Organiser chooses the winner within 7 days of the round closing. A record is drawn up for each round: closing time, number of valid entries, correct answer, ranking of the top three (identified by their first name and the initial of their surname). It is kept and can be consulted on request at contact@veriflip.app.
10. The prize
Each winner receives a VeriFlip voucher worth €100 including VAT, credited to their VeriFlip account.
- The voucher can be used on veriflip.be (and in the VeriFlip app) to pay for items and the fees shown at checkout (shipping included).
- It can be used in one go or several times, for 12 months from the day it is credited. The expiry date is shown in the account.
- The voucher is not refundable, not exchangeable for cash and not transferable to another person. Any part not used by the expiry date is lost.
- If a purchase paid with the voucher is cancelled or refunded, the part paid with the voucher is credited back to the account, up to the original expiry date.
- To receive the voucher, the winner must have a VeriFlip account (free) or create one.
The voucher does not change the nature of sales on VeriFlip: items are sold by their sellers, and VeriFlip acts as an intermediary platform, under its terms and conditions.
The prize cannot be replaced by another prize at the winner’s request. If an event beyond its control requires it, the Organiser may replace it with a prize of equivalent value, after informing the winner.
11. Announcing the winner and time to reply
- The winner is told by email at the address given in the form.
- They have 14 days from when that email is sent to reply and confirm that they meet the conditions.
- If they do not reply within that time, or do not meet the conditions, the voucher goes to the person ranked just after them in the same round, who in turn has 14 days, and so on up to the third-ranked person. Beyond that, the voucher for that round is not awarded.
- The result of each round is published on the competition page and on the VeriFlip accounts, with the winner’s first name and surname initial, or their username if they prefer. A winner who does not want their first name published is referred to as “a winner” followed by their country.
Beware of fake messages: VeriFlip will never ask you to pay anything, or for your bank details or a password, to receive your voucher. The only official contact is the address contact@veriflip.app, and the accounts listed in article 5.
12. Exclusion and fraud
Any entry is excluded that is:
- incomplete, sent late or by any means other than the form;
- from a person who does not meet the conditions of article 6;
- multiple (several entries from the same person in the same round, including under other email addresses or usernames);
- obtained by automated means, fake accounts or any trick intended to distort the competition or the number of followers.
An entry that does not comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines (https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/), the Instagram Community Guidelines, the TikTok Community Guidelines or the Facebook Community Standards is also excluded.
13. Your personal data
Who processes it? E-Com Digitalbiz SRL (VeriFlip), address in article 1.
What data? The data in the form (article 7), the time it was sent, and for the winner, any proof of age and residence requested.
Why? Only to run the competition: checking the conditions, choosing the winner, informing them, giving them the voucher, publishing the result as stated in article 11, and being able to answer a complaint. Legal basis: performance of these rules, which you accept by entering (article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
No marketing without your consent. Entering does not sign you up to any mailing list. The form has a separate, unticked box if you’d like to receive VeriFlip news; you can leave it empty and still enter.
For how long?
- non-winning entries: deleted 3 months after the end of the competition;
- winners’ data: kept until the voucher expires, plus 12 months, so that a complaint can be answered;
- records: kept for 12 months after the end of the competition, with first names and initials only.
Who sees it? The Organiser and its technical providers (hosting of the website and database), under the conditions described in VeriFlip’s privacy policy (https://veriflip.be/confidentialite). The data is neither sold nor rented.
Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, its correction, its deletion or restriction of its processing, or object to it, by writing to contact@veriflip.app. If you ask for your data to be deleted before the winner is chosen, your entry is withdrawn. You can also lodge a complaint with the authority of your country of residence (CNIL in France, CNPD in Luxembourg), or with the Data Protection Authority (Belgium, www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
14. Liability
The Organiser cannot be held responsible for an Internet outage, a platform malfunction or an incorrect email address given by the entrant. If a technical incident prevents a round from running properly, the Organiser may extend or restart it, publishing this on the competition page; it cannot reduce the number of vouchers promised for milestones already reached.
15. Complaints
Any complaint about the competition must be sent in writing to contact@veriflip.app no later than 30 days after the result of the round concerned is published. The Organiser replies in writing within 30 days.
16. Rules, changes and governing law
- These rules can be consulted free of charge at any time at https://veriflip.be/concours. Any change results in a new dated version, published at the same address; the version that applies to a round is the one in force when it opened.
- Entering implies full acceptance of these rules.
- These rules are governed by Belgian law, without depriving an entrant who lives outside Belgium of the protection given by the mandatory rules of their country of residence. The competent courts are those designated by law.
